Our week...
Brock is doing much better! The fever went away Monday night and He got some random rash mostly on his thigh's Tuesday but the Doctor's office said that's typical with a viral infection and just watch him...he is acting completely normal now so who knows! Such is our crazy life!
Haley Grace went to Sprayberry yesterday to be reevaluted for her therapies for this year. We don't let her go to school there she just goes for her therapies and Brock and I play while she does them and then she leaves with us...that worked very well one morning a week last year but we will have to see how that goes this year with Mr Curious! Now that he RUNS everywhere i am sure the playground will be ideal for now and we will come up with a new plan when the weather gets cold! She did really well testing, they did the social, speech, OT, and part of cognitive yesterday and then she started getting really restless (It took over two hours with them asking her a million questions and giving her silly little tasks) so we agreed to finish cognitive and do PT next week! Her first official day will be Wednesday morning, she seems to kind of have mixed feelings about it.
I went to lunch with the ladies from church Tuesday and we had so much fun! All of us stay at home moms have started doing this once a month and I look so forward to it! We all get sitters and just have two hours of Girl time! We are going to start a bible study in a few weeks and I am really excited about that! We are doing Beth Moore's new one called Daniel and I have heard great things about it!
Brock went to the grocery store with me last night and someone there must have reminded him of Ma-maw because he started calling her and didn't hush until he went to bed! Well, he got up this morning and started in again and so Haley started asking then... when is ma-maw coming, where does she live, why can't we go see her, does Maddie (her cousin) live with ma-maw... a million questions so i figured the easiest way to solve this was to ride out there! We called and Ma-maw was free so we had lunch with her today and had so much fun! The kids love to wander all through her house and Haley rearranges all her magazines, and looks at all the pictures! Brock tries to push all the buttons on the television and the phone saying "no no" the whole time because he knows better than to touch them. Bless Ma-maw's heart she raised 5 kids she doesn't seem to get the least bit rattled at my 2 she just laughs at them! When we left Haley was so concerned about what Ma-maw was going to do now...Does she have to take a nap like me? Will someone read her a book at night night time? Funny the things a four year old worries about!
Monday the kids go see Dr Joseph (urologist) this is Haley's annual visit to check her kidneys by ultrasound and Brock's first visit but he had that one infection last year so to save trips they go at the same time monday morning! Hopefully the reflux won't show up with either one of them and they will be clear until this time next year! Have a great weekend!
