Happy Birthday to You...

Haley had her birthday party with her friends Saturday at CHOM...it was so much fun!! It was so stress free for us because you just show up to a child proof fun place and they do the rest!! The pictures are Brock fishing off the barge, net in one hand, fish in the other!!! And Haley and Lance blowing out her candles...she had so much fun!! She had the sweetest grin on her face when we sang to her and tried really hard to get all the candles blown out! In case you're wondering Yes that is a pig on her cake...It is a VERY big decision around here to decide what theme your party is going to be and Haley usually chooses something hard to find...this year it was Charlotte's Web (of course the movie was too new to have plates and napkins yet so she had to settle for the cake and coordinating colored plates and napkins!).

We are still doing good with the injections!! Lance is giving them for now, I gave her her first one and hit a blood vessel so it bruised horribly so i am a little scared of the whole ordeal now! I will get my nerve back up eventually! We ask her every night who she wants to give it and she keeps choosing Daddy so i am off the hook for now...

We went for her five year check up Monday at Dr Farmer's office...overall everything was great! She has only grown 3/4 of an inch since last year's check-up so, we are hoping for much more than that this year!! We saw Dr Doyle (hips) yesterday and she does have scoliosis, it is slight just a few degrees and her leg length is just 1/8 of an inch shorter on the right side like we thought, he says sometimes when its that slight taking the plates out can correct it so we will pray for that!! As far as the scoliosis he will monitor it every six months or so while she is taking the GH to make sure it isn't rapidly getting worse but we are going to continue them for now. We are going to wait until August or September to take the plates out...he wants it to be at least a year past the liver failure which is May so we will be ready for the Fall! Well, we are caught up on Doctors for a while thank goodness!!
