What a week!!

Haley started summer school this past Monday and she LOVES it!! She is going to a new school next year and so we thought going to summer school (four mornings a week for four weeks) would help her get used to Ms Christy and the routine before the fall when there are twice as many kids there! She can't wait to get there in the mornings!! She can't wait to come home and tattle on all the things her "friends" were doing that they shouldn't have been!! Brock misses her but we are trying to make good use of our alone time working on his numbers and colors.

We had Bible school every night this week and I now have a new appreciation for my preschoolers!! I worked with the fourth grade and Lance worked recreation and WOW give me a room full of 4 year olds any day!! I have really got to change my mindset before we have 10 year olds around here!! It was nice that they could do everything for themselves and I really think they learned a lot this week but they 'know everything'!! My kids made bucket hats that they have worn constantly since they brought them home Thursday, they are a little too big and they decorated them themselves so they are soo cute!!

We are getting closer to a name for #3 finally! Haley is still voting for Will and Brock could care less...Maybe this week we will come to a final decision!! I am the only one in a hurry, we already had Haley and Brock's names when we had their ultrasound but I was convinced this was a girl and we had a girl name but since he shocked my by being a boy we are at square one!! Oh well!!

The kids and I went swimming yesterday, it was the first time in the pool since swimming lessons ended...they know enough to be dangerous now!! The are completely comfortable in the water and love to go under...the problem is just they forget to kick...i knew they needed to work on this so i got them the bathing suits with floats around the middle so they could not worry about staying up just practice kicking (in theory) the problem is they know they can swim so they are constantly coming off the ladder "catch me mommy" and diving at me but forgetting to kick so they are just there, under water, looking around...I am the only one panicking...ugh!! Needless to say we stayed out there an hour then all needed a nap when we came in!!

Brock went for his two year check up this past week and overall everything was great! He is great on height and weight and caught up on shots until he is 4 so we are very excited about that!! I talked to Haley's orthopedic surgeon this week and we decided to postpone her surgery to take out the metal plates until next summer! It is supposed to be a very quick minor surgery but we are still gunshy of putting her to sleep after our scare with her last year so he was just fine with waiting until next summer to remove those!! That was a definate answer to prayers for us!!
