Haley update...

We saw the orthopedic surgeon today and everything looks good! We see him again in four weeks and will hopefully get the okay to start walking again then! We took the pictures of Haley's rash and he thinks it was a reaction to the antibiotic they gave her before surgery...they are looking up her chart to see what that was so we can avoid it in the future! He says each time she is exposed to it the reaction would get worse so it is very important that we find out what it was for the future! We still plan to see an allergist before he takes the plates back out and confirm that it was the antibiotic and not the anesthesia!

We had to reschedule her appointment with the growth hormone doctor AGAIN! Since she can't stand they can't measure her and since she has been 12 days without the hormone there is no need to test the level in her blood so...she wants us to wait 8 weeks and bring her in...she says as soon as the rash is gone we can resume the injections and that the hormone could even help the healing process with her leg!
