Hair and lack of...


Sunday night was wacky hair night at AWANA and we decided the wackiest thing to do with Haley's would be to straighten it so we did!...It took about 30 minutes with a big curling iron and was still huge but unfortunately I have no good pictures!! The most aggravating part for Haley and I both was that ten minutes after getting to church was playtime and after just a few minutes running in the gym it was curly again!

Brock funny

While sitting in the bathroom today he was looking at the pictures on the wall...
Brock: Mommy your hair is orange like mine...
Me: yes, brock it is right there...
Brock: Is Ty's hair going to be orange like me?...(he wonders this a lot!)
Me: No, I think its going to be light brown like Sawyers...
Brock: But he is going to get more right?!...
Me: Yes, honey you didn't have any at his age either...
Then he looks at the family picture on the beach long and hard silently at first then said
Mommy, Daddy doesn't have much hair like us!
Me: You are right but he used to...
Brock: (looking completely paranoid) Mommy is daddy's hair going to fall out like Pop's?
Me: yes
Brock: (this time almost in a panic) Is mine gonna fall out one day like that too?!...
All I could do was laugh bless his heart two is a little young to have come to that conclusion!
We are afraid we have a little worrier on our hands!...
