We went to the beach last week and had a blast! Haley's first trip into the ocean she was holding my hand and asked me something that I couldn't hear so I bent down and asked her to repeat it and she screamed with a sense of urgency "is the sand moving?!" it was like Hey if they sand isn't moving something is eating my feet!! It was so funny! She then wanted to know later could we go swim in that pool where the sun doesn't shine...she never has dealt well with bright so the indoor pool is ideal for her!! Brock says his favorite part was hunting crabs at night with Daddy but he seemed to like seeing the dolphins in the mornings too! They all enjoyed the sand even more than I remember them liking it last year...(this always amazes me with Haley because she spent years in therapy trying to get over her texture issues and now she thinks the more sand covering you the more fun you are having!) Ty kept trying to crawl right into the ocean and loved crawling around in the sand and trying to eat it!! We had a blast and got our seafood fix! We can't wait to go again next year!
