Mam-Maw's Birthday and Haley's big news...

Lance's Mam-Maw turned 91 this week! You would never know her age when you are around her! She still lives on her own and does everything for herself. I thought it was just Haley but I overheard Charley say it Sunday too that their favorite thing is to go to mam-maw's and eat! Everything she cooks is wonderful! This past Sunday almost all of the family got together to celebrate at her house. The kids had a blast playing together, they don't get to see each other that often and get so excited to spend time together playing! This was also the first time most of the family has gotten to see John Michael since he started playing for Bama and bless his heart....we took a million pictures of him with each and every cluster of people i think! He was such a good sport and He probably has no idea how much it meant to Brock! I wish I had a picture to share of Brock's face when we walked in the house...John Michael was walking through and spoke to him, Brock looked straight up and just stared I finally convinced him to give him five but he was in complete aww! It was really sweet! He has talked and talked about John Michael every since the weekend.

Haley Grace had big news for us this week she is officially a reader!! We are sooo excited! She is bringing home the little reader books from school and doing great with them! I am so tickled for her that finally something seems to be coming easy! Bless her little heart every single thing has had a twist in her little mind until this but God has been good to us and sight words and reading just click in the 'typical' way!! I want to scream it in the streets i am so excited!! Just let me say I am sure the Lord is tired of hearing from me since Tuesday because everytime I think about it I have to stop and thank him again! God is good!
