Speech Update

Well, today was Haley's last day of speech for the summer! She really enjoyed going and the girls working with her did a great job! She has definitely hit a word explosion again and her articulation is improving. She still takes a little longer than some to process what you are saying to her but we are working on adding more pauses in our sentences and that seems to be helping her a lot! She is still learning by association (yellow like big bird or that girl looks like dora the explorer) that seemed to baffle the head instructor but I think that's just Haley Grace!

Brock got his first real Boo-boo this weekend! He was staying in the church nursery Friday night and flipped over a toy...He got carpet burns on the tip of his nose and his forehead. He just looks like a rough and tough little boy now with his nose skinned up. They said he didn't cry but just a minute and then ran off to go play some more. I noticed when I picked him up from Sunday school yesterday that the shopping cart was in the hall so that must have been his toy of choice!
