Dalmations...

Haley Grace loves to watch 102 Dalmations she thinks cruella de ville is so funny at the end in the cake...She discovered this movie in the hospital in May and she still loves to watch it! She informed us then that Santa brings puppies and he was going to bring her one. Well, after much smooth talking on our part, we have her convinced she cannot get a dalmation but that Santa will be bringing her a puppy so we are starting to get serious about our search since Christmas is just around the corner! She takes her dalmation obsession to a whole new level though...she has the purse and the stuffed animals and is still begging to be cruella for Halloween (she is not going to be cruella.) but on the way to AWANA the other night we were going over her verse and then the pledge to the the American flag and the AWANA flag and i realized then how deep the obsession goes... She started out so good with attention, salute, pledge, I pledge allegiance...and to the republic for which it stands one DALMATION under God... It was all i could do to not bust out laughing because she never skipped a beat to her that was the word!! It was so sweet! This week the last word in her memory verse was 'salvation' so it was 'dalmation' to her too and i noticed it was still wrong when she came out of cubbies so they must not have corrected her either! Needless to say she WILL be getting a dog come December, it will be interesting to see how she and Brock relate to a puppy!
