My little foot...

Haley Grace loves to wear band-aids. Sometimes she wants princess sometimes scooby-doo but she would love to wear a band-aid somewhere every single day. Well, the other day right before we left to take her to the emergency room she insisted on having a bandaid on her little foot. Once we got there she informed Lance and me that they couldn't take blood from that foot because it already had a band-aid they could take it from the other one or her arm but they would have to give her a new band-aid and she would like a winnie-the-pooh one! We thought it was pitiful but really smart that she had the forsight to put the band-aid on before we left...well, tonight she realized she didn't have a band-aid on (you aren't allowed to wear them to church, it prompts too many questions from people) and wanted one on her little foot again...after many questions we finally realized the reason she is saying that is she heard me talking to her physical therapist about one leg being shorter than the other so she is thinking the band-aid is going to fix the problem!!
On a side note, she has done fine every since Wednesday's episode so it must have just been some freak thing. I think the shunt kind of gets a hiccup in it from time to time.
