A few quick things...

Ty is on strike against walking! He can pull up and walk behind toys and can even stand in the middle of the floor all on his own...if no one is in the room!! I keep catching him doing that on the video monitor! I think he has fully embraced his role as the baby and doesn't realize what carrying his 30 pound self around is doing to his mommy's back! He is getting a few more words each week and that is very entertaining for all of us. Today's word was "moo". Haley worries about leaving him with me while she is at school...the first morning before we left she wanted the rundown of where i was going in what order and after I ran through, take you, fix brock's lunch, take him...she looked appalled and said, "and you HAVE to FEED TY!!!" I figured that was a given but apparently she doesn't think I will remember to do that without her here. I wonder how she thinks she got to be six without a big sister?! Of course my track record today was not so good he has not a cautious bone in his body and had a rough day! He got trapped under one of the bar stools...don't ask how he got in such an awkward position because I have no idea! He fell against a kitchen chair tonight and has a huge goose egg on the side of his head now! You know maybe I don't want him walking for a while! At least he is closer to the ground crawling!!

She is LOVING school! She is so funny about names though, God bless her she gets that honest Lance and I both are horrible with names! Hair is a big thing for haley apparently because that is her only description of people. The first few days there was an "orange girl" at her table...i had to go ask the child's name before that went on too long and one of her teachers she refers to as the white haired lady and another is the lady with glasses...we won't go into what she called her P.E. coach the first afternoon...let's just say we had to get his name down in a very quick fashion before she announced her description of him at church!

Brock is loving school too but in typical boy fashion he doesn't give too many details when he gets home. You find out bits and pieces from him as the day goes on....mommy that is green kool-aid like our color today or mommy that is an oval like our shape...you get the idea. He is highly entertained on the way home telling me what each body part thought of school and whether or not it behaved...Mommy my feet behaved and one, two, three fingers behaved but finger four did not!! Then he just falls over laughing...whatever it takes to get him home awake to get his full nap out before we pick up haley!

Never a dull moment at our house! Have a great week!
