Well, ball is over.  We came in second in the state tournament against a travel team from Chelsea so I was really proud of our little team!  Each of the boys got a trophy and a shirt so they were sooo excited about that!  My mantle is filling up fast! ;-)  We had our party Saturday night and the coach announced that he is putting together a flag football team....we are thinking about it!
Haley is going to take a craft class on Fridays in the fall as well as Girl Scouts again and Ty may get to go to Mother's Day out a few mornings each week.

We had our first beach trip as soon as the tournament ended....we had to drive down after the game because Lance had classes at 7 the next morning...we arrived around 3am so needless to say lots of caffeine were needed for him to make it through his class!  We stayed through the weekend of July 4th and it was lots of fun!  Ty's no fear of water is for the ocean too....so he walked right out, got flipped by a wave, stood up, wiped his eyes, started laughing and went right back out there!  Last year both boys would run from the waves unless they were with Lance but this year all three kids couldn't get enough of riding the waves in.  After about an hour on day 1 I realized my nerves couldn't take being so out numbered at the ocean so we spent lots of time at the pool while Lance was in class and waited until he was with us to do the ocean.  We are going for a whole week the end of the month and I can't hardly wait!  I only took one picture while we were at the beach, I will do better next visit.

One day I was finishing up lunch while the kids were swimming and Ty came running up crying and holding his nose....he said, "Brock was babatizing me and he hit me in the nose!"  Brock was right behind him to defend himself, "I didn't mean to hit him, I was just baptizing him and it happened!"  So I tried not to laugh and asked Ty, "Babatizing you?  How do you do that?  What did he say when he babatized you??"  He looked at me like I needed to get a clue and said, "He didn't say nothin he just babatized me under that water and then he punched me in the nose!"  I feel sorry for Pop or Ben or whoever baptizes Ty for real now because he may be scarred for life!  ;-)

Other than swimming and trying to stay on top of the house and laundry we are caring for our third set of kittens in a row!! I am so ready to have my porch back!!  Junie B had 4 kittens the end of last week and Lance fished them out from under the neighbors shed yesterday.  They are really sweet but we are "kittened out" around here!  We will be getting the two mother cats fixed in the next few weeks!  I had no idea that they could get pregnant again this quick!  I bet Bob Barker had this experience once and that's why he is such a big believer in spay/neuter your pets!!  :-)
