Haley's first day and the unruly foot....

Haley had a GREAT first day! She went hopping down the halls when we go there. You wouldn't have known she only had 4 hours of sleep! She was soo excited! Her teacher says she had a good day and Haley came in and gave the full blow by blow report on it all. She wanted me to walk in with her again this morning but as soon as we got near the classroom she wouldn't even say Bye, as if she didn't know her brothers and me from Adam!! It was funny! I guess the embarassed of your parents sydrome has already started.

Brock's first day went really well too according to his teachers but when he got out in the hall with me he started crying. (This didn't shock me too much I cried the first day of school all 12 years!) He kept saying, "I kicked that boy!" Well, when we got to the truck I started trying to find out what happened and here is the story...
Brock you kicked what boy?
I don't know his name.
So why did you kick him then?
through tears...He hit me so I kicked him!...I didn't want to kick him mommy, I told my foot not to but it did it anyway!!
I mean what do you say to that?! I went through the whole you shouldn't have kicked him and he shouldn't have hit you thing but he says the teacher missed the whole thing so it must not have been that big of a deal! Bless his little heart at least he has a conscience!

Ty didn't have time to miss the big kids yesterday because we had a million errands to run so bless him he was drug all in and out of the car a hundred times!

And most important of all we all got sleep last night so today will be a good day too!
