Ty and I ate lunch with Haley today and of course the child was at a different table...perfectly fine with me!  And I noticed he was sitting out during playground time right after lunch so he is a real pleasure all the way around!  Its one of those moments I really wish she and Dylan were at the same school, the bully should just be aware that she has a cousin that has looked out for her and been great with her for the last 8 years...oh and it wouldn't hurt that Dylan is a lot taller than this kid!!  ;-)

Brock and I had one of those moments this morning that I just love, we had chinese last night and of course fortune cookies and we have always read the fortunes to the kids and not thought a lot of it.  Well this morning Brock brought me a little slip of paper and said, "read me this again mom, i want to remember it" and it really bothered me that he was putting that much stock in a fortune from a cookie...so I read it and then told him it was just silly words someone made up and not to worry about remembering it that we could learn a bible verse really quick before we left.  He looked at me in all seriousness and said, "because that's not just silly words someone made up?"  I assured him it was the truest words he would ever hear and if he was going to go to the trouble of memorizing a line it should be a line of scripture.  So I will share with you our verse for today:
I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people.  Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them.  1Timothy 2:1
